Terms of Service

These terms apply to your use of endosupplyus.com and to anything you buy from us. Please read them before you order. By placing an order you agree to them.

1. Who you are buying from
Endo Supply US is a trading name of Orry Campbell Coburn, a sole trader registered in New Zealand.

In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean Endo Supply US. "You" means the person placing the order.

2. How your order is fulfilled
We are a New Zealand business selling to customers in the United States. We do not operate a warehouse. The parts we list are stocked and shipped by third-party suppliers located in the United States, and your order is sent to you directly from one of those suppliers.
This means your order ships domestically within the United States. You will not be charged customs duties or import fees, and your parcel does not cross an international border on its way to you.
Our team answers enquiries Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm Eastern Time. Email is the best way to reach us.

3. Placing an order
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract to buy from us.
You agree to give us accurate account, contact and delivery details, to keep them up to date, and to keep any account login details secure.
When you place an order you are making an offer to buy. Your order is accepted when we send you an order confirmation. Until then, no contract exists between us.
We may decline or cancel an order. Reasons include a part becoming unavailable, an error in the listed price or description, a suspected fraudulent or unauthorised transaction, or an order we cannot ship to the address given. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we refund you in full.
We may limit quantities per customer or per order.

4. Product information and fitment
Unless a listing says otherwise, the parts we sell are aftermarket replacement parts. They are not manufactured, sponsored, endorsed by, or otherwise affiliated with the original motorcycle manufacturer.
Where a manufacturer, model or part number appears in a listing, it is there only to describe what the part is intended to fit. It does not indicate that the manufacturer made the part or approved its sale.
Fitment information comes from our suppliers and is provided in good faith. Vehicles vary by market, year and specification, so we cannot guarantee a part will fit your particular machine. If you are unsure, email us your make, model and year before you order and we will check it against the listing for you. We would much rather answer a question than process a return.
Photographs are indicative. Colour, finish and included hardware can vary between production batches.

5. Prices, currency and tax
All prices are shown in United States dollars (USD) and include shipping and any applicable tax unless a listing states otherwise. The price you see is the price you pay — nothing is added at checkout.
Prices can change without notice, but a change will never affect an order we have already accepted.
If a part is listed at an obviously incorrect price and you could reasonably have recognised the error, we may cancel the order rather than supply at that price. We will contact you and refund you in full.

6. Payment
The payment methods available to you are shown at checkout. Only the methods presented there are accepted.
Payment is taken when your order is placed. We do not store your full card or account details; payments are handled by our payment provider.
If a payment is reversed, charged back or fails after we have shipped, we may recover the amount owed from you.

7. Delivery
Delivery timeframes shown on this site are estimates, not guarantees. Orders typically arrive within 3 to 8 business days of being placed. Remote and rural addresses can take longer.
Orders ship tracked, and tracking details are emailed to you once your order has been dispatched.
Delays can happen for reasons outside our control, including carrier disruption, weather, peak periods, public holidays and supplier processing times. Where a delay occurs we will keep you informed, but we are not liable for loss caused by a late delivery.
Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. If a parcel is confirmed delivered to the address you supplied but you cannot locate it, contact us and we will help you trace it with the carrier.
It is your responsibility to give us a correct and complete delivery address. If a parcel is returned to sender because the address was wrong or undeliverable, you are responsible for the cost of resending it.

8. Returns, refunds and faults
Our Refund Policy forms part of these terms and sets out how returns work, what timeframes apply and who pays return shipping.
In short: if a part arrives faulty, damaged or is not what you ordered, we cover it and we cover the return shipping. If you ordered the wrong part, you may return it unused and in its original packaging, and you cover the return shipping.
Contact us before sending anything back. We will confirm whether the item qualifies and give you the correct return address for that item, along with what return shipping will cost, before you commit to sending it.
Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the consumer protection laws that apply where you live. Those rights sit alongside this policy and are not replaced by it.

9. Your consumer rights
Goods we sell to consumers in the United States are covered by applicable federal and state consumer protection laws, including your rights where goods are faulty, damaged, or not as described. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any of those rights where the law does not allow that.
As a New Zealand registered business we also observe the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and the Fair Trading Act 1986 where they apply.
Our Refund Policy sets out how to make a claim and what we need from you. Those legal rights sit alongside it and are not replaced by it.

10. Using this website
You may browse, search and buy from this site for your own lawful purposes.
You may not use it to break any law, infringe anyone's rights, transmit malicious code, harvest data by automated means, interfere with its security features, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of it.
We may suspend or refuse service to anyone who does. If you breach these terms, we may terminate your access without notice.

11. Our content
The layout, design, text, product descriptions, logos and branding on this site belong to us or are used with permission, and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, republish or use them commercially without our written consent.
Manufacturer names and logos referenced on this site remain the property of their respective owners.
If you send us feedback, ideas or suggestions, we may use them without any obligation to you.

12. Accuracy of information
We work hard to keep listings, prices and stock information accurate, but occasionally something on this site will be wrong, incomplete or out of date. We do not warrant that the content here is error-free.
We may correct errors, change or update information, or cancel an affected order at any time without prior notice. Where a correction affects an order you have paid for, we will contact you and refund you if you no longer want to proceed.

13. Third-party links and services
This site may link to, or rely on, services operated by others — including our payment provider, our ecommerce platform and carrier tracking pages. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy or practices of any third-party service, and linking to one is not an endorsement of it.
Any dealings you have directly with a third party are between you and them.

14. Availability of the site
We do not guarantee that this site will be available uninterrupted or error-free. We may withdraw, suspend or change any part of it, or stop selling any product, at any time and without notice.

15. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
Except where the law says otherwise, this site and everything on it is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, including lost profits, lost time, loss of use of a vehicle, or the cost of labour to fit or remove a part.
Where we are found liable despite the above, our total liability to you for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
Nothing here excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud, or any consumer guarantee that applies to you and cannot be contracted out of.
Fitting parts to a motorcycle carries risk. Parts should be fitted by a competent person, and it is your responsibility to ensure a part is suitable and safely installed.

16. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify us against any claim, loss or cost arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of this site.

17. Privacy
We handle your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy, which explains what we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices and rights available to you.
We comply with the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020 and, where they apply to you, with applicable United States privacy laws.

18. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand, and the New Zealand courts have non-exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
Non-exclusive means you are not required to bring a claim in New Zealand. If you are a consumer in the United States you may still bring proceedings in the courts of the state where you live, and you keep access to the consumer protection agencies available to you there.
This does not remove any protection you have under the mandatory consumer laws of the state or country where you live. If you are a consumer in the United States, you keep the rights those laws give you.

19. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page when you place your order is the version that applies to that order. The "last updated" date at the top shows when they last changed.

20. General
If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, that part applies to the maximum extent permitted and the rest continues in force.
If we do not enforce a right straight away, we do not lose it.
These terms, together with our Refund Policy, Shipping Policy and Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between us about your purchase.
You may not transfer your rights under these terms. We may transfer ours if our business is sold or restructured.
