How we operate
Endo Supply US is a New Zealand registered business selling motorcycle parts and accessories to customers in the United States. We do not operate a warehouse. The parts we list are stocked and shipped by third-party suppliers located in the United States, and your order is sent to you directly from one of those suppliers.
This means your order ships domestically within the United States and does not cross an international border on its way to you. We state it plainly because it affects who handles your parcel, and because you should know exactly who you are buying from.

Your consumer rights
Goods sold to consumers in the United States are covered by applicable federal and state consumer protection laws, including your rights where goods are faulty, damaged, or not as described. Nothing in this notice or in any of our policies limits, excludes or modifies those rights, and where our policies are more generous than the law requires, the more generous terms apply.
As a New Zealand registered business we also observe the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and Fair Trading Act 1986 where they apply.

Prices and taxes
All prices are shown in US dollars and include any tax we are required to collect. The price you see is the price you pay — nothing is added at checkout, and there are no import duties or customs charges on delivery.

Accuracy of information
We take care to keep product details, fitment data, pricing and availability accurate. Part data is supplied to us by the suppliers who stock the item and can occasionally contain errors. If an error affects an order you have already placed, we will contact you before it is dispatched and you can choose to continue at the corrected price or cancel for a full refund.

Intellectual property and manufacturer names
The content of this store, including text, images and design, belongs to Endo Supply US or its suppliers and may not be reproduced without permission.
Manufacturer names, model names and part numbers are used for identification and fitment purposes only. They remain the property of their respective owners, and their use here does not imply any affiliation with, or endorsement by, those manufacturers.

Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, and without limiting your consumer rights above, our liability in relation to any order is limited to the amount you paid for the goods concerned. We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events outside our control, such as carrier disruption, supplier outages, weather or public holidays.
