How long does it take to process my order?

All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday).

How long does delivery take?

Standard tracked delivery to US addresses typically takes 2–5 business days once dispatched.

Do you provide tracking?

Yes — every order includes tracked shipping. Tracking details are emailed to you once your order has been dispatched.

Where are orders dispatched from?

All orders placed on our USA website are processed and dispatched from our US fulfillment facility. All orders include tracked shipping.

Will I pay sales tax or customs duties?

Prices are shown in USD and are tax-exclusive; any applicable US sales tax is calculated at checkout. Orders ship domestically from within the US, so there are no import duties or customs charges.

Do you ship outside the USA?

Our USA website serves customers within the USA, delivered tracked to all 50 states. New Zealand riders: shop with us at endosupply.co.nz. Australian riders: endosupplyau.com.

Returns & refunds

What is your return policy?

Refunds or replacements are available for faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied items in accordance with our Refund Policy and applicable consumer protection laws.

Can I return something if I change my mind?

Yes — within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging. Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is at the customer's cost. Faulty or incorrectly supplied items are covered under applicable consumer protection laws.

Can I return an incorrect purchase?

Please check compatibility before ordering. Incorrect purchases may be returned within 14 days of delivery for an exchange, store credit or refund, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging. Return shipping for incorrect purchases is at the customer's cost.

How long do refunds take?

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds are processed to your original payment method, typically within 10 business days.

Parts & compatibility

How do I know if a part fits my bike?

Compatibility details are on each product listing where available. If you're unsure, email us your bike's make, model and year before you buy and we'll confirm fitment. A two-minute message saves a return.

Do you sell genuine or aftermarket parts?

We supply aftermarket replacement parts and OEM-style products. Each listing states what the part is.
