Refund policy
Returns & exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery, for both defective and non-defective products, provided:
- The item is unused;
- The item is in its original packaging;
- The item is in resalable condition; and
- Proof of purchase is provided.
For non-defective / change-of-mind returns, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. For defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied products, Endo Supply US will provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
Incorrect purchases
If an incorrect item is purchased due to customer error (including incorrect vehicle selection, compatibility issues, or ordering the wrong part), the item may be returned within 14 days of delivery for an exchange, store credit, or refund, provided it remains unused and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs for incorrect purchases are the responsibility of the customer.
Your consumer rights
Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies you may have under applicable United States consumer protection laws.
Eligible refunds
Refunds, replacements or exchanges may be provided where:
- The item is faulty or defective;
- The item was damaged during transit;
- The incorrect item was supplied by us; or
- The customer requests a return within 14 days and the item meets our return conditions above.
Returns process
To request a return:
- Contact us at info@endosupplyus.com;
- Provide your order number;
- Provide photos if the item is faulty or damaged;
- Wait for return instructions before sending the item.
Warranty-related claims may require the part to have been fitted by a qualified mechanic.
Exclusions
We do not cover:
- Damage caused by incorrect installation;
- Product misuse or modification;
- General wear and tear;
- Damage occurring after installation; or
- Custom-made or special-order items, unless faulty.
Refund processing
Once the returned item has been received and inspected:
- Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method;
- Refunds are typically completed within 10 business days;
- Exchanges are dispatched once the returned item has been received and approved.
