Order processing

All orders placed on our USA website are processed and dispatched from our US fulfillment facility. All orders include tracked shipping.

Dispatch / handling time

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday).

Delivery timeframes

Standard tracked delivery to the USA typically takes 2–5 business days once dispatched.

Shipping cost

Free standard tracked shipping on all orders — no minimum.

Taxes

Prices are shown in USD and are tax-exclusive. Any applicable US sales tax is calculated and shown at checkout. Orders ship domestically from within the United States, so no import duties or customs charges apply.

Tracking

All orders include tracked shipping. Tracking details are emailed to you once your order has been dispatched.

Order cut-off

Orders placed before 2:00 PM ET on business days begin processing the same day where possible. Orders placed after 2:00 PM, on weekends, or on public holidays begin processing on the next business day.

Carriers

We dispatch using USPS, UPS and FedEx. The carrier assigned to your order depends on the destination and shipment size.

Delays

While we aim to meet all estimated delivery timeframes, delays may occasionally occur due to courier disruptions, peak periods, weather events, or public holidays. We'll keep you informed if anything affects your order.
